At Siux USA, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and other important information.

Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
  • USPS Media Mail: Estimated delivery in 2–8 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 3 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery in 1 business day after shipment.
  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $200 USD. Delivery time will be shown at checkout based on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Promotional free shipping offers may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
Siux USA ships orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • Siux USA is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at usa@siuxpadel.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution when applicable.
