Siux – Return Policy (USA)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Siux purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return policy for unopened items.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories untouched/ included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Exclusions

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or customized items are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • If returned items don't meet eligibility, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will need to pay to re-ship the item if they would like to keep it.

Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at usa@siuxpadel.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Once authorized, carefully re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was shipped.

  4. If you are changing a product due to customer remorse, you will be responsible for shipping. If the item has an issue or we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.

  5. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Notes

  • Siux is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
